Model 12 -Incline Paddle Belt Conveyor

CAD Drawing of a Model 12 Incline Paddle Belt Conveyor, this customer needed a self-cleaning conveyor to handle different commodities. Due to space limitations the conveyor was designed with 4" diameter pulleys and a 12" conveyor belt to minimize overall height. The self-cleaning design minimizes the mixing of commodities being conveyed. The receiver hopper allows for a low loading point. A shaft mounted reducer and V-belt design allow for easy belt speed adjustment, when necessary.
