Model 16RC-V -Industrial Choppers

The IS 16 models do not require any physical mounting to the floor. The IPS 16-RC is equipped with a variable cut system. The variable step pulleys are located behind the right side door panel. The 3-step pulley on the lower counter shaft is tensioned with a spring so the v-belt can be easily moved from position to position. This machine is equipped with two limit switches for operational safety. The first switch is located behind the Plexiglas shield located above the conveyor. If any object thicker that the opening goes under the shield it will stop all motors. The second switch is located beneath the hood of the rotating reel cutter. If the hood is lifted during operation the machine will stop all motors.
