The system design provides a lightweight, strong structure making it easy and quick to install and suitable for a wide range of applications including paths, driveways, car parking areas and access routes. Correctly installed, R-Pave has been demonstrated to withstand up to 320T/m2.

R-Pave offers unimpeded flow to surface water, reducing the rate of runoff and potentially saving the costs of drainage installation. It is effective in minimising water runoff quantity, improving water quality and providing clean water for biodiversity.

R-Pave porous paving grids are connected by a patent-pending interference structure and installed on a porous base course. Their role is to transfer loads from the surface to the engineered course base below.

This is the new, recycled, plastic sustainable urban drainage system (SUDS) compliant solution. Using a patent-pending design to avoid breakage problems on installation, R-Pave is a high performance, durable and virtually maintenance free solution for use with grass or gravel.

R-Pave is manufactured by R3 Products in the UK. Other companies such as Hebden 40, Hebden 401, Hebden 402 or Ecopaving have re-branded this product as their own. Hebden 402 and Ecopaving brand is actually R-Pave.
