Model 472D -Desoldering Station with Gun Tool
Built in air pump. Powerful vacuum action! Use the “lockout” key card to enter temperature settings into the system memory, then when the card is removed, all parameter settings are “locked” into the system memory and cannot be changed without the key card. This feature guards against the operator making accidental or unauthorized temperature changes. The 472D-02 provides gun-style desoldering with powerful, self-contained suction power (see 817 gun details below). gun-style desoldering tool, digital temperature display, zero crossover switching on motor, ESD-safe by design
The 817 desoldering gun is compatible with the Hakko 472, 473 and 703 stations. Any station that uses the Hakko 807 desoldering iron can operate the 817. The 817 incorporates the same nozzles and filters as the 802 gun or 807 iron.
The primary benefit of the 817 is to allow operators the choice of either gun or pencil desoldering without having to purchase a separate station (ie. 470 or 472).
NOTE: Do NOT use the 631-06 holder and base (802 holder) with the 817 gun - the holder will get hot and may damage the 817. Replace the B1094 holder from the 631-06 with holder B2833 for proper operation.
