Model 5000 Series -Roll Coatings

Ecological Coatings in association with industry leaders in roll manufacture and coaters have developed waterborne release coatings that have similar non-stick properties as Teflon along with abrasion resistance from our epoxy base. Since our Roll Coatings are waterborne and will cure at room temperature, rolls can now be coated in the field and be back in service in a few days. If you need a faster turn-around, just apply as little as 150F heat to the coating once dry and cure the coating in a few hours.
