Screw conveyor Designed to work continuously, they play an important part in transporting slaughterhouse by-products based on specific technical requirements.
The screw conveyors U and V are manufactured in carbon steel {painted or galvanized) or stainless steel. Thanks to the modular system (TUS) is possible to realize cases of different sections and / or configuration to meet any application. They are complete of an exhausting discharge, a transmission with a specialized compact gear motor, a spiral with flanged to the end support.
The spiral is supported by a coating with bars or liner, fixed to the bottom of the cases, easily replaceable. Designed to work continuously, screw conveyors U and V play an important role in the transportation of slaughter waste such as bones, hooves, heads and fats.
