The three main raw materials for ATMP production are phosphorous acid, ammonium chloride, and formaldehyde. The first two are added into the reactor and heated and stirred until dissolve completely. Then, formaldehyde will be dropwise. Phosphorus acid can be from the hydrolysis of PCI3 or the production of other chemicals. If chlorine content needs to be lower than the normal specs, the steam-heating time will be extended.
