Control up to 24 Bioreactor Control Loops on a single or on multiple bioreactors including pH, DO, Temperature, Level, Weight, Agitation Speed, Redox and Flow. • Allen Bradley PLC Based Controller provides open architecture for ease of validation and/or customization. • Stand Alone moveable cabinet provides lab flexibility. • System will operate with any manufacture’s vessel. • CelLogix will operate with autoclavable or steam in place vessel. • pH & DO Probe calibration at operator interface. All other inputs calibratable from password protected operator interface screen. • Easy front door access to individual din rail mount transmitters provide flexible architecture for calibration and maintenance. • Password Protected user configurable outputs. Multiple outputs can be assigned to any independently tunable control loop. • Optional Software with Ethernet interface to provide remote monitoring, data trending and storage capability. Stored data is easily converted to an Excel Spreadsheet.
