History of the Company
OLAER (Switzerland) AG was founded in 1969 in Colombes (F) by Manfred Steiner as a fiduciary of OLAER Industries SA. It was in 1976 that we were able to move to the facilities where we are currently located, in Dudingen (in the Canton of Fribourg).
In 1990, a fiduciary was opened in Austria (in Ansfelden, near Linz), and in December 1997 another was opened in Brno, in the Czech Republic.

In 1995 we became ISO 9005 certified. On 26 November 2006, we were recertified pursuant to ISO 9001/2000.

Company Activity
Since its establishment, OLAER (Switzerland) AG has been active in the
engineering, sales and maintenance of products and systems for the storage, cooling and filtration of liquids and gases.

In addition to the hydraulic accumulators and water hammers which we have featured in our range since the beginning, today we also have a broad range of active and passive coolers and heat exchangers.

What distinguishes us from the others
This would be, first and foremost, the people we have working for us – the men and women who work at OLAER, but also our customers, for whom we are working. Our strength is the special relationship between these two groups, which is essential for working together in an efficient and successful manner. This close relationship allows us to achieve optimally harmonized standard applications or tailored solutions.

And then we must not forget – in all modesty – our operational expertise and the high level of sophistication and quality of our products, which we have put to the test on a daily basis for decades.
