Model DT8 -Crystallizer
DT8 crystallizer is a kind of crystallization equipment with high efficiency, controlled by PLC Its structure and working principle decide its high heat transfer efficiency, simple configuration, convenient operation together with its good operating environment. We have produced more than 10 models of such crystal I izers, and the capacity ranges from 300 to 10000 kg/h. We also provide all kinds of accessories according to clients` requirement.
The effects of supersaturation, material temperature, stirring speed and cooling area are the determining factors for grain size and its appearance during crystallization.
DT8 crystallizer has its unique stirring paddle and its temperature and stirring speed are adjustable. The feeding material flows in form the bottom of draft bucket and rises through agitating. The stirring paddle is set with the same centre of draft bucket.
