Model EA Series -Liquid Polymer Preparation System
The Liquid Polymer Preparation Systems are designed for dependable operation. Years of field experience with liquid polymer preparation combined with the knowledge of the leading manufacturer of water-soluble polymers is incorporated into every design. The EA series meters the polymer with a progressive cavity pump. The polymer is injected through a self-cleaning check valve into a viscosity equalizing recirculation loop. The multi-stage mixer then initiates activation of the diluted polymer with high speed blending. The result is a solution that is ready to send to the application tank for metering into the process with no further agitation required.
The system performs the following:
- Meters neat emulsion or solution polymers
- Mechanically mixes the product to begin proper activation
- Upgradable to ratio the neat product to the incoming water flow
- Transfers the solution to the application tank
