Model ECH -High Containment Dust Collector

Containment is provided by Bag-in/Bag-out functionality for filter elements and dust collection, alternatively endless liner for dust collection. These protective means are complemented by WIP – provisions and ports to monitor filter integrity.

Minimal dust take – up and primary filter stage passage in the multiple stage filtration by HEPA or ULPA filter elements hold dust back on the raw gas side and minimizes exposure. Filter elements selected and built from high performance synthetic or glass filter media enhanced by ePTFE or UPE membranes.

Predictable filter element operation for minimal stress of filter cartridges and filter element life-cycle control as well as early change indication are provided by Rotatronic Control, smart filter cleaning technology.

Explosion resistant standard for ATEX conformity to all dust classes with dusts of minimal ignition energy (MIE) exceeding 3 mJ. Customized alternatives for higher requirements.
