Model EM Series -Liquid Polymer Preparation System
Liquid Polymer Preparation Systems are designed for dependable operation. Years of field experience with liquid polymer preparation, combined with the knowledge of the leading manufacturer of water-soluble polymers, is incorporated into every system design. The EM series is our simplest and most economical system. The EM Series meters the polymer with a progressive cavity pump. The polymer is injected through a self-cleaning check valve into the system water supply prior to a static mixer. The result is a solution that can be sent directly to the application point or to a solution application tank.
The system performs the following:
- Meters the neat emulsion or solution polymers
- Mixes the product in-line to begin proper activation
- Protects the equipment from loss of water flow
- Transfers the solution to an application tank or direct to the process

- In-line direct feed or to a tank with level controls
