Model ES-220-C -Fully Silenced
The ES-220-C is a fully covered, fully sound proofed 164 Kw (220 horsepower) electric motor driven high pressure hydroblasting unit. The ultra high pressure pump produces 2,800 bar @ 27.00 l/min (40,000 psi @ 7.10 gpm) and was specifically designed for cutting and removing very hard materials out of blocked heat exchanger tubes.
It is superb for removing marine growth, paint and anti-fowling in shipyards and othe industries where electricity is not a problem.
For marine applications the ultra high pressure pump is supplied with a hand held gun (Dump or Pneumatic Type) and different nozzles that rotate at speeds from 1,000 rpm up to 6,000 rpm. For faster production and a cleaner work surface these is the option of our 9" wide hand held wall climber with balance tool and our 9" wide deck tool.
The wall climber tool and the deck cleaning tool both have three inch (3") ports to vacuum the used water and the old paint, rust and antifouling away from the work surface.
