Pump- Horizontal triplex positive displacement pump rated up to 80HP service. Plunger pump consists of Stainless Steel Fluid Head. Stainless steel valves, seats, springs and stainless steel plungers with ceramic coating. The plungers and packing are water lubricated. The power end of the pump is positive splash oil lubricated with sight glass for oil level check. Crankshaft is gas nitrated, hardened and tempered alloy steel. Main bearings are roller.
Suction Plumbing- 1” Female BSP inlet port. Two easy clean 5 micron water filters ensures a clean water supply to the pump.
Discharge Plumbing- Discharge manifold with ½” Female BSP outlet port. Glycerine filled pressure gauge and safety rupture disc.
Unit Mounting- Mounted on a steel channel frame with pump base and adjustable motor base.
Motor: ABB or similar, Control Panel and motor to Star Delta Start.
Power Transmission- Pump and engine connected via a reduction gearbox or a non-slip belt drive with safety guard.
Finish System- All unpainted surfaces are hot dipped and galvanised. Left galvanised or Aqua Energy Blue or to customers colours.
Gun- Hand or foot dump control type with safety shroud, whip hose and coupling.
Hoses- Ultra high pressure for use at pressures up to 4000 bar.
Lances- Rigid and flexible variety SAE, JIC, pipe and welded end connections.
Nozzles- Wide assortment for surface and tube cleaning.
Pressure Control Valve- Variable flow and pressure adjustment. Controlled by hand or mechanical actuation.
Auto-Throttle- Variable engine speed adjustments with automatic return to idle when Aqua-Gun is depressurised.
Vacuum- Uses the Jet-Blaster pump to create a vacuum for sludge and slurry transport.
Line Mole- Pipe and sewer cleaning type with replaceable fan and round jet inserts.
Abrasive Injector- Aqua-Saw abrasive injector mixes abrasive into Aqua-Gun discharge stream.
Deck Cleaner- Rotary jet driven multi-nozzle floor and grate cleaning system with hand operated controls.
Couplings- Quick disconnect Acme thread rated at up to 20,000 psi working pressure. Optional snap type for use to 10,000 psi.
