Production process:
- Crushing the coal blocks into particle and then removing the particles mainly with ash content by water-washing;
- Powdering the coal;
- Pressing the coal powder;
- Granulating the pressing material;
- Carbonizing in rotary kiln and activating in SLEP shaft furnace;
- Granulating and screening the activated material;
- Uniform the carbons to meet the contract requirements;
- Putting finished and eligible carbons into packages.
