With PLEXIGLAS® XT Antimicrobial, we also offer a customized solution that is especially suitable as a visually appealing hygiene protection in areas with heavy public traffic – whether in shopfitting or booth construction, as a sneeze guard, partition or enclosure. Besides the usual properties of PLEXIGLAS® XT, the extruded sheet material is characterized by the following special features:
- Antimicrobial coating on both sides
- Excellent abrasion and chemical resistance
Its antimicrobial surface makes PLEXIGLAS® XT Antimicrobial effective against a broad range of bacteria and viruses. And thanks to its robust surface, the material is also easy to clean, making it ideally suited for surfaces that require frequent cleaning, such as hygiene protection at the point of sale.
The antimicrobial effect has been confirmed by an independent testing institute. The relevant certificates are available on request.
