Gurney Reeve & Co Ltd was established in 1954 and is a wholly owned family company, offering a personal and flexible service to all our customers.

Our SUTON brand name derives from our village location in the heart of rural Norfolk.

The founders of the business were Mr J. Gurney, a local farmer and descendant of the famous Norfolk banking family, and Mr G. Reeve, a local blacksmith and engineer.

For the past 37 years the company has been owned by the Lee family, with Managing Director, Jeremy Lee, responsible for introducing many of the specialist range of sweepers that the company have become famous for during this period.

The business now has the benefit of a modern fully equipped production facility, providing self-sufficiency in all areas of manufacture.

The company specialises in the concept design of sweeping and material handling attachments and its products are exported to many corners of the world. Prominent areas for our products are agriculture, construction, waste recycling and the leisure industry. In addition, our sweeping equipment has proven to be very successful at many airports throughout the UK and further afield.

We also specialise in a heavy-duty range of Toe-Tip Grain and Root Crop Buckets for Telehandlers and Loading Shovels. Suton also offers a bespoke CAD design service and tailor built attachments to suit customer’s material handling or sweeping requirements.
