Model NRV -Shaft Input Small Worm Gearbox / Worm Gear Speed Reducer
NRV worm gearbox is one of the RV series worm gearbox models. NMRV means flange input and NRV means shaft input. NRV worm gearbox is generally with a single input shaft, and there are also double input shaft forms, suitable for various transmission needs. The output forms include hollow hole output and flange output. Its internal transmission structure is composed of a worm and a worm gear, which has a compact structure, a large transmission ratio, and a self-locking function under certain conditions, NRV worm gearboxes manufactured by HZPT own the advantages of smooth transmission and low noise.
- Quick stop function
For a general gear reducer, it takes 5 to 10 seconds for the stop time, but for the NRV series, the stop state could be reached in only 2 to 5 seconds.

The NRV worm gearbox adopts a different way compared with the traditional one in that it doesn’t need the sprocket and pulley. What’s more, the transmission structure is not exposed so that injuries to the operator could be reduced.
