Model OmniTRADE (E) -Electric Trade Bin Lift

Environmentally friendly performance as standard
Compatible with future developments in electric & hybrid RCV technologies, the OmniTRADE is equally compatible with diesel powered RCV’s but because it relies on electrical power alone offers significant savings in fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

Practically silent operation
The OmniTRADE is extremely quiet, producing less than 57 dB(A) of noise in operation and can operate without the engine running.

Minimal chassis and body preparation
The OmniTRADE negates the need for a second pump on vehicle chassis’ & requires no hydraulic preparation, offering a straightforward ‘bolt on, plug in & play on’ system to significantly reduce fitting times & body preparation costs.

Choice of interface
The OmniTRADE is available as a one-piece lift with its own integral mounting frame, or as a two-part lift suitable for mounting onto a body builder prepared frame. Two width variants are available; 2.2m or 2.5m wide.

Low weight
The OmniTRADE bin lift weighs as little as 710kg with the integral mounting frame (subject to specification).

The OmniTRADE unique and patented hydraulic system ensures that the lifting cycle is smooth, safe and controlled at all times.

Reduced overhang and Centre of Gravity projection
The combination of low weight, a reduced overhang and a CoG projection of only 100mm, help OmniTRADE minimise rear axle overloading.

Smart design reduces downtime
The OmniTRADE reduces downtime during unlikely repair work by employing maintenance free ultrasonic sensors for SMT and four wheeled recognition, low maintenance bearings and stainless steel axles representing a reliable, low maintenance solution with reduced whole life costs.

’First movement’ button station
For ease of use the OmniTRADE is fitted with a ‘first movement’ button station on the lifting frame. Once a container is ‘engaged’, control is passed over to the main control panel mounted outside of the restricted lifting zone.

Single Man Trade (SMT) option
To aid one man operation the OmniTRADE is supplied with SMT, a feature that enables containers to be automatically ‘engaged’ before control is passed to the manual button station.

Easy hand loading
The OmniTRADE profiled, full width hopper plate lowers with minimal effort to cover the OmniTRADE ’s heavy duty bin lift comb/chair and provides genuine ‘open back’ hand loading.

Two stage soft lift for ease of operation
The OmniTRADE is designed with a progressive soft lift action to enable easy handling and container location.

Safety
Terberg’s unique geometry ensures that containers are not kicked back towards operators during lifting. Folding safety arms conform to EN1501.1 and provide guarding against entry into the functional working space during operation.

Designed with dynamic weighing and RFID in mind
The OmniTRADE is designed to integrate easily with weighing & identification systems, has a smooth operation to minimise ‘bin bounce’ and a vertical initial lift providing a ‘window’ for ease of data recording.
