Model Podoscan 3D -High Definition Optoelectronic Instrument
Podoscan 3D is a high definition optoelectronic instrument for the detection of the three-dimensional image of the physiology of the foot.
2D and 3D scanning
Simultaneous acquisition of the 2D and 3D image of the foot
Export
Export of 3D images in .stl format
Measurements
Automatic measurement of the acquired 3D exam
The 3D scanner, with the precision of one millimeter, allows you to acquire with a single examination the 2D and 3D image of the foot in the unloaded, semi-loaded and under load position. Podoscan 3D also detects the imprint left in the phenolic foam. The instrument is mainly aimed at the production of plantar orthoses, which combined with the calculation of the foot pressures detected by means of a baropodometric platform, allows to obtain the design of a customized orthosis that really corresponds to the postural needs of the customer.
Rapid monopodalic acquisition in loading, semi-loaded and unloaded or from phenolic foam and evaluation of the scan through the freeStep software.
The digitization of casts and foams allows the electronic archiving of patient data, freeing up the spaces intended for the physical archiving of the casts.
Image optimization tools being processed 3D and 2D images optimized for the production of insoles.
