Model ProtoCERT -The Compact Steam-Sterilizer (1Stu)
A high pressure steam sterilizer for the sterilization of firm and porous goods at 121°C and 134°C according to EN 285 with a capacity of one sterilization unit (1 StU). The ProtoCERT 700/1400 is the compact sterilization system for health care centers, an outpatient department or the surgical ward. With its extremely low space requirement, shortest cycle times and highest Standards in maintainability and user friendliness, this sterilizer is designed for maximum performance and reliability as well as minimum operating and life cycle costs. Available either as single door unit or as double door unit to separate packing zone and sterile zone - both with integrated pure steam generator and, if desired with water purification system.

Cycle times of about 30 min - a benchmark in its class The LAUTENSCHLÄGER ProtoCERT is equipped with a pure steam supply and a vacuum system designed for highest possible performance. The state-of-the-art multi-stage vacuum system consisting of a high-capacity pre-condenser and an electrically driven vacuum pump is combined with a cooling load dependent cooling water control unit.
