Model PZP and PZL -Vibrating Screens
Two, three and four-fraction screens PZP and PZL provide a few-stage cleaning of pelleted material and select the highest-quality feeds and pellets.
We produce two series of vibrating screens: for palleted feeds (6.0 – 25 t/h) and for pellets from biomass (1.0 - 12 t/h).
The vibrating screens are equipped with up to three decks where the screens can be replaced in a fast and simple way. The screens are strained on drums by using levels with spring absorber. Compact box construction requires little area for instalment.
The basic price includes a vibrating screen along with a bearing construction. The screens are driven by the best-available on the market vibro-engines, used by most reputable manufacurers of vibrating screens. Fluent oscillation control enables adjustment work parametres to raw materials and does not damage pelleted mass.
Each screen is equipped with an independent emergency switch. The screens have a by-pass in order to join the fractions and a guide of the screen deck batch.
