Model QJX Series -Down Suction Submersible Pump
Ganquan brand QJX series downdraft submersible pump is a new type of water pumping equipment independently developed by Ganquan Group. It is widely used in rivers and lakes for water intake; mine water supply and drainage; urban water supply system construction or renovation and various regional secondary water supply systems. The pump is a lower suction type, which can drain the surface water of the working surface; the electric motor is a three-phase asynchronous motor for diving: the utility model has the advantages of small occupied area, convenient installation and use, reliability and durability, and long service life.

Fourth, the structure description:
1, QJX series down suction sewage submersible pump consists of two parts of the submersible three-phase asynchronous motor and sewage pump. The motor is directly connected with the pump body of the lower part, and a reliable mechanical sealing device is arranged in the middle, which can effectively prevent the exchange between the coolant in the motor and the pumped medium, and ensure the long-term reliable operation of the pump;
2. The motor winding is nylon The sheathed polyethylene water-resistant electromagnetic wire, the motor adopts the radial ball bearing, easy to disassemble and assemble, and the maintenance is convenient;
3. The small-flow water pump is a centrifugal or swirling structure, which is used for pumping ordinary sewage, engineering high-lift water supply and drainage; large flow double channel pump is blocked or non-mixed structure, for coal washing water circulation, water for agricultural irrigation and pumping slime like;
4, pump designed around this critical issue without clogging, the particles of impurities by good performance;
5 The motor casing is provided with a cooling cover, and the motor can be exposed to the water surface for a certain period of time; when the electric pump structure adopts the built-in structure, the liquid to be sent is discharged through the motor, and the motor part can be exposed to the water surface for a long time;
