Model SC 9 / 11 / 15 -Stationary Multipress Screw Compactor
Cardboard and paper: FThe screw compactor is the optimum technology for compacting bulky cardboard and large volumes. The large filling opening and efficient intake system guarantee fast, trouble-free processing. Optimum intake and compaction of whole or flattened cardboard.
The screw compactor shreds and compacts packaging waste in a single step. Up to 200 m³ can be compacted in 60 minutes.
The machine can be fed manually or by an elevator-tilter system, from ground level or from a ramp, or conveniently from the building via a chute. The screw compactor`s small footprint means it can be easily tailored to the operating site.
The powerful screw shreds and compacts the load with maximum efficiency and speed. Coarse shredding gives significantly higher filling weights than hydraulic press systems. The continuous feed and large filling opening mean rapid processing.

The compactor has its own drive unit to provide maximum efficiency (even with flat stacked cardboard).
The solid chain and chain tensioner give reliable, maintenance-free operation.
The lubrication unit continuously lubricates the drive and bearings. A display indicates when the tank is empty.
TÜV-tested safety technology and design: reliable safety contact strip, machine and hopper design and container present monitoring.
A labyrinth seal avoids the ingress of small particles into the drive area. This is an ideal protection for the chain drive which is a benefit for the life-time of the whole machine.
A display indicates the status of the machine.
For large volumes and wearintensive material we recommend a wear protection plate.
