Model SCP/SFP Series -Self Priming Centrifugal Pumps
Rotech self-priming centrifugal pumps are capable of creating vacuum sufficient to lift liquids from heights up to 25 feet above the source. Once primed, the pump`s built in flapper valve will maintain a full column of liquid in the suction line.
Rotech’s SCP/SFP series pumps are fully assembled and run tested that can be easily coupled to a number of drivers such as hydraulic motors, 56C and 145TC frame motors and gas engines. A bearing pedestal is also available for T-frame motor or belt drive.
SCP/SFP series pumps possess a semi-open dynamically balanced impeller along with other regular features such as stainless steel drive sleeve, renewable wear plate and stainless steel fasteners. As per requirements, other options include double grease-lubricated seals, stainless steel impeller and seals for all types of abrasive and / or corrosive services.
SCP/SFP series of self-priming pumps are commonly used in industrial, OEM, agricultural and marine applications, such as: bilge pumps, auxiliary fire pumps, ballast transfer pumps, wash-down pumps, fertilizer and pesticide pumps, applicators & sprayers, blending pumps, nurse tanks, bulk transfer pumps and much more.

Applications

Specifications
Casing
Radially split pump casing or volute with equal suction and discharge connection is supplied with standard 125# ANSI flanges connections working pressure up to 175 psi.
Pump adaptor or bracket
The cast iron pump adaptor is a key element for alignment of motor and pump components.
Motors
Industry standard flange/face mounted TEFC or ODP or JM or JP frame sizes of motors are coupled with pump end.
Impeller
Dynamically balanced closed impeller bronze or cast iron with full diameter or trimmed depending upon duty point requirement.
Shaft sleeve
Shaft sleeve supplied either in bronze or stainless steel construction.
