Model Series D / DR -Degreasers for Vegetable Oils and Fats
The static separators of non-emulsified vegetable oils and fats from Naldi Ecologia were born with the aim of protecting the environment from an uncontrolled discharge of oily substances into the sewer system, in compliance with Annex V of Legislative Decree 152/06 and subsequent amendments and improvements the purifying yield in the presence of a biological purification.
These systems are rectangular monobloc structures able to guarantee excellent stability for the loads; they are made with PRFV (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics) which ensures an almost unlimited duration of the product, a perfect impermeability, as well as lightness and maneuverability such as to reduce transport and installation costs.
The operating principle of the plants is based on the specific weight difference between oily substances and water to be purified.
Structurally, the plant has a de-aeration compartment, where the oil is separated thanks to the presence of special deflectors and a sludge separation gate. The collection and storage of the oils takes place on the separation surface.
