Model ShipsLog3 -Vapour Cryo Shipper Monitoring
Temperature data logger providing an accurate and downloadable temperature history of your vapour shipper throughout its transit. Accurate temperature logger, Fits a variety of different shippers, LCD Display, Suitable for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, User Programmable, Provides auditable records, Clear LED and LCD displays, Replaceable lithium battery, Easy to program and operate. The ShipsLog3™ (SL3) accurate data logger measures and stores more than 32,000 temperature readings from the thermocouple fitted to the inside of the shipper lid. This will monitor and record the temperature of the shipper at the warmest part ensuring the samples in the core of the shipper are stored at the correct temperature and providing early alerts of potential warming issues.
Two versions of SL3 are available. The standard SL3 comes complete with a high contrast LCD display showing a variety of information at the touch of a button. If you require the extra security, a version of the SL3 that is suitable for 21CFR compliance is also available.
Both versions of the SL3 are fitted with red and green status LEDs for immediate recognition of the logger status.
The SL3 is fitted with a lithium metal battery which will typically give two years logging life.
The SL3 is easily set up using free downloadable EasyLog software*, allowing the user to set user programmable alarm thresholds, logging rates of between 1 second and 12 hours and immediate, delayed or ‘push to start’ operation.
The same software can be used to download and view data from the data logger at the end of transit. This data can be graphed, printed and exported to provide a permanent audit trail for your records.
Programming and downloading of data can be achieved by simply plugging the USB data logger into the USB port on the PC or using the SL3 Data transfer unit**.
