Sira-Cook™ bread bags are widely used by airlines to heat bread and other products such as croissants mid-flight. Supplied with either microholes or microperforations, these polyester bags are a simple and convenient solution. Standard size is 250×550, which holds 20 bread rolls. Other custom sizes are potentially available on request. These bags also have other potential uses within the bakery industry.
