Model SPIFE Nexus -Automated Gel Electrophoresis
The new SPIFE Nexus is in development to fully automate our complete menu of SPIFE zone electrophoresis assays, including immunofixation, cholesterols, hemoglobins and more. Flexible Workload: The SPIFE Nexus will perform both enzymatic as well as directly stained assays for any size workload and automatically apply antisera for immunofixation. SPIFE gels are available to accommodate from 20 to 100 samples and from as few as 2 up to 15 immunofixation profiles. Setup is Simple: Load the primary patient`s tubes into racks, place the reconstituted stain or reagent and the spreader bar in the holder and slide the rack with applicator tips, gels and blotter in place. SPIFE Nexus takes it from there.
