Model STX 4000 -Terminal for Vehicle Weighing Systems
The STX 4000 self-service terminal, equipped with an LCD display, RFID card reader and alphanumeric keypad. In the cover protecting the keypad there are LED lights for the sake of works performed at night. The STX 4000 terminal is able to print out weighing tickets and control external devices (traffic lights, traffic gates, etc.).

Weighing System With STX 4000
The system includes:
- 2x STX 4000 terminal
- GSW Automat software
- 1x Desktop RFID card reader
- 25 x RFID cards
Weighing Operation Schedule
- A vehicle enters the weighbridge.
- If the driver has got the RFID card, he holds it in front of the terminal. If it is his first visit in the plant, the driver goes to the customer service centre in order to register the vehicle in the system.
- The system identifies the business partner on the basis of the RFID card. Upon the correct identification of the card by the system, the display shows: the vehicle registration plate number, the name of the company to which the card is assigned and the weighed product. The driver is allowed to select the weighed product. The driver can scroll the products by means of up/down buttons or enter the product code.
- As soon as the driver accepts the entered data, the weighing process begins.
- Upon stabilisation, the weighing result is saved in the database. The driver sees a message confirming the completion of the weighing operation, displayed on the display.
- Upon completion of the weighing operation, a printer installed in the terminal prints out a weighing ticket. When the vehicle leaves the weighbridge, the system is ready to perform another weighing operation.
In case of double weighing operations (enter/exit), the system detects by itself the performance of the first weighing operation and automatically calculates the net weight of the cargo.
The terminal consists of a metal casing of the following dimensions: 600x400x250 mm, painted in the RAL5015 colour. It is possible to buy the terminal in the stainless steel casing. The customer can extend the basic terminal version by purchasing additional elements of the equipment, such as: the industrial printer with paper cutter or the IP intercom.
