Weighing System With the STX 5000

The system includes:

  • 2 x STX 5000 terminals
  • GSW Automat software
  • RFID cards

Weighing Operation Schedule

  1. A vehicle enters the weighbridge.
  2. A driver holds the card in front of the terminal. The display shows the data assigned to the RFID card. The driver can change the data, e.g. change the weighted product.
  3. Upon approval of the entered data, the weighing process begins.
  4. Upon the weight stabilisation, the weighing process data is recorded in the database, then the display shows a message confirming that the weighing operation has been performed and the weighing ticket is printed. When the ticket is collected, the vehicle leaves the weighbridge.

In case of double weighing operations (enter/exit), the system detects by itself the performance of the first weighing operation and automatically calculates the net weight of the cargo.

The terminal consists of a metal casing of the following dimensions: 600x400x250 mm, painted in the RAL5015 colour. It is possible to buy the terminal in the stainless steel casing. The customer can extend the basic terminal version by purchasing additional elements of the equipment, such as: the industrial printer with paper cutter or the IP intercom.
