Model TechWorm -Push Camera System
The TechWORM push camera is a highly specialized inspection system developed in collaboration with experienced customers to meet their exacting standards. Primarily designed for accessing hard-to-reach areas, it excels at inspecting pipelines ranging from DN50 to DN400 using a push system. This system features a flexible cable that is mechanically inserted into pipelines, equipped with an optic and lighting setup at its end. These optics transmit real-time video feedback to a control tablet via a Wi-Fi signal, allowing inspectors to assess the condition of the pipeline efficiently. The TechWORM push camera is particularly useful for inspecting water pipelines and sewage systems, but it also adapts to various other pipeline types and ventilation systems. The compact, ergonomic design and battery-powered operation ensure high mobility and ease of use. It supports wireless signal transmission and can accommodate a second observer, enhancing collaborative inspection efforts. The system can be managed via a tablet or control unit, making it versatile and user-friendly.Our push camera, TechWORM, was developed in close collaboration with longtime customers. During development, feedback from users was the most important criterion. Thanks to the partnership we created with our dedicated customers, a new and unique design was created.
System utilization
The TechWORM camera systeme is a device used to inspect usually inaccessible places, such as pipelines from DN50 to DN400. This is called the "push system", where you push a flexible cable into the pipeline using mechanical force. Optics with lighting located on the end of the cable sends video feedback to the control tablet using a wifi signal. An inspector would then determine the state of the viewed section.
These devices are mainly used for water pipelines and sewage inspections, but they can also be used for a variety of other pipelines and ventilation systems.
