Model TPWF315/400 -Fitting Fabrication Machine

TPWF315/TPWF400 fitting fabrication machine is designed to fabricate fittings like elbows, tees, crosses and wyes up to 315mm/400mm. With the help of jaws, it could make different fittings with various size. The TPWF315/TPWF400 welding machine could weld plastic materials like HDPE,PP.

TPWF315/TPWF400 include:

  • A machine body with two working tables, both driven by hydraulic system;
  • A operation panel with manual control;
  • A milling cutter with gas spring, easier to lift up and down;
  • A Teflon coated heating plate with steel cover, to make operator in safe;
  • With full set of aluminum inserts and steel clamps, which make fittings elbows, tees and crosses.
