Model TPWF315/400 -Fitting Fabrication Machine

TPWFA400/TPWFA450 include:

• A machine body with two working tables, both driven by hydraulic system;
• A operation panel with automatically control system makes whole welding process in a simple, efficient and precise way. After setting the welding data (SDR, Pipe diameter, Standard requirement ), the welding machine will start welding automatically, so that the operator`s could mainly focus on the welding process, stay away from other interference. And the build-in memory could record welding process and report it to the operator by transferring the data from operation panel to computer by USB connection, or automatically read out by connecting a printer;
• A milling cutter with hydraulic movement in/out, started by a electrical motor;
• A Teflon coated heating plate with hydraulic movement in/out;
• With full set of aluminum inserts and steel clamps, which make fittings elbows, tees and crosses.

• Wyes clamps φ400(45°and 60°): inserts from 90mm to 355mm
