NEW - Test cell for flat membrane ultrafiltration. Small, compact unit. Different channel heights. Spacers can be installed in the internal labyrinth and various flow patterns can be simulated. Extremely small empty volume. Ideal for filtration with 1-5 litre sample volume.
Membrane: All UF flat sheet membranes available on the market. A cutting die is included in the scope of delivery.
Piping: Tubes with diameter 8 mm and 6 mm.
Fittings SERTO (316 L)
Tank: The pump supplied is self-priming and draws from the containers (e.g. bulkhead bottle).
Heat-Exchanger: Optional: Double-jacket heat exchanger (material: AISI 316 L).
Pumps: Hygienic diaphragm pump, 24 VDC, 0 - 10 bar.
Pre-assembled on bracket (AISI 304 L), with integrated pressure transmitter (0...10 bar).
Sensors: In addition to integrated pressure transmitters, any sensors can be connected (e.g. flow, conductivity).

Software: The measuring cell is compatible with the "Messinger MemSoft" software.
MemSoft runs on any PC (Windows, Mac, Unix).

The UFM membrane system enables the realisation of developments and the production of samples (specimens). All flat membranes available on the market can be used. Changing the membrane is very simple and takes just a few minutes. With a permeate capacity of 400 to 1,000 ml/h (depending on the product and application), decisive statements can be made for process development in a short time and with a low sample volume.
The test cell offers high reproducibility, which is important for analytical purposes and quality assurance.
The system requires little space (footprint 20 cm x 20 cm) and can be operated safely and easily in the laboratory, in production or during field trials.
