Model WF703 -Custom Zigzag Springs
These zigzag springs are made piece by piece but not in rolls, the 2 ends are made to a custom design. First let’s take a look at how it is made on a CNC bending machine. The video is quite straightforward so you can easily understand the process.
- Material C70 (carbon steel)
- Wire diameter 3.0 mm
- Dimension (relaxed) length 80 * width 60 mm
- Surface coating None
- heat treatment 230℃, 30 minutes
As you may notice, the 2 ends are bent to a custom design, that is why they need to be bent on a CNC machine.
