Model WF901 -Flat Wire CNC Bending
Flat wire bending, as the name suggests, is to use flat wires to form the required shape. Compared to round wires, it is more sophisticated and requires more skill and experience.
People may think flat wires can only be bent in one direction (vertical to the flat plane), but in reality, just like round wires, flat wire bending can be done in both longitudinal and transversal directions to form the desired 3D shape.

Main challenge
You can see the transversal bend does not have drastic distortion. There are slight wrinkles on the bends, but they are within an acceptable level.
This flat wire component is used in a wire basket. This will help to get a better welding quality and nicer hand grip.
