Model WH101 -Versatile Grinder Pump Station

E/One`s WH101 grinder pump station consists of a pump inside an open wetwell tank. The grinder pump, motor controls and level-sensing are integrated into a compact unit, easily removable for service.

Solids are ground into fine particles that pass easily through the pump, check valve and small-diameter pipe lines — even objects that are not normally found in sewage, such as plastic, rubber, fiber, wood, etc. The 1-1/4" discharge connection can be adapted to any piping materials that meet local code requirements.

The tank is made of tough, corrosion-resistant HDPE and offers 100 gallons of capacity. A single WH101 can accommodate the sewage flow from two single family homes or up to 700 gallons per day.

The internal check valve assembly, located in the grinder pump, is custom designed for non-clog, trouble-free operation.

The grinder pump is automatically activated and runs for very short periods. Electrical consumption of the grinder pump is low -- a household that uses 250 gallons of water per day should use less than 10 kwhr per month to run the pump. (Actual water and power usage will vary.)

Units are designed to accommodate a wide range of depths; tank height can be adjusted in the field.

Inlet Connections

• 4" inlet grommet standard for DWV pipe. Other inlet configurations available from factory.

Discharge Connections

• Pump discharge terminates in 1-1/4" NPT female thread. Can easily be adapted to 1-1/4" PVC pipe or any other material required by local codes.
