Model YJ-DSL Series -Pyrolysis Tire Oil Waste Engine Oil into Diesel Fuel Refinery System

There are two ways to manage the spent lube oil, the first is recycle it into lube base oil, and another method is crack it in to fuel.The same technology however that distills motor oil from crude oil is essentially the same technology that distills used oil into diesel fuel. The process to re-refine used motor oil is easier than refining crude oil.  During processing, gasoline and diesel could be obtained through different distillation temperature ranges. 50-160℃ is gasoline fraction range, and 160-410℃ is diesel fraction range. After cracking and cooling, about 2-5% liquid is gasoline . Approx 85-90% liquid is similar to diesel and able to meet the specification of -15# diesel. They’re able to be used as industrial or civil-use fuel, even power driven fuel. Motor oil is from a fraction after diesel in oil refining industry, they’re belong to the same petroleum family having different molecular weight, it is very feasible to produce diesel.

YJ-DSL series can recycle different kinds of waste oil to clean diesel oil,including used engine oil, plastic oil, tyre oil,lubricant oil and the oil from car repair shop, machineries, ship,water pump etc. After recycling can get diesel oil with recovery rate is more than 90%. the output diesel oil with flash point 60degree,Cetane index is 54, and sulfur content is about 300-800ppm, you can add our solvent extraction machine to reduce the sulfur to 50-100ppm. the output diesel oil can be reused for generator,burner, ship or heavy machines, or construction machines directly.

• but regarding the plastic oil and tire oil, the sulfur content only can be reduced 75%-80%.

1. add 0.2%-2% liquid catalyst, mix with waste oil completely, the function of catalyst is breaks carbon-carbon bonds to turn heavier hydrocarbons into lighter ones. the catalyst will be removed together with sludge after distillation. 
2. heating, there are two methods heating system, one is diesel burner heating,another is electromagnetic heating system,you can check  the following information to check the details.
3. cooling, there are two groups of condensers, one for water and gasoline, another is for diesel oil, we cool the gasoline and diesel separatly for increase the diesel oil flash point.
4. further-treatment part, the output oil through adsorption chemical for making the color better and remove sulfur to 300-800ppm, if you want to less sulfur content, you can choose our SR model solvent extraction machine, which can change the color to water color and remove sulfur to 50-100ppm.
