With the higher and higher requirement on base oil quality of downstream petrochemical enterprises especially the base oil blending factories, with some old fashioned technology, the recycled base oil quality is hard to meet the requirement of the downstream user. Before the expensive and technologically complex hydrogenation technology is widely used in oil recycling factory, there are many re-refining technologies, such as fuming sulphuric acid refining technology, lewis acid refining technology, these technology is better than the old fashioned technology, but there`s still a big gap from hydrogenation technology, the environmental pollution problem, the acid sludge, waste white clay disposal are big problems. With the strict policy of the National environmental protection department, many many unqualified small oil recycling and oil refining factories were closed by the government. So now, the market require a kind of efficient, low processing cost, environmentally friendly and pollution-free refining process.

YJ-SR series machine can refine below raw material to white color new oil

1. Base oil(distillate, base oil after acid process)

WHAT IS A WHITE OIL?

White oils are highly refined mineral oils that are extremely pure, stable, colorless, odorless, non-toxic and chemically inert.The term “white oil” is a misnomer, in that they are not white at all, but crystal clear. White oils can be produced from a variety of feedstocks, depending on the process used. These starting materials include conventional base stocks for the older acid treatment process to Vacuum Gas Oils (VGO) for the more currently widely used two stage hydrotreating method.but acid treatment has serious environmental pollution, and hydrotreating with high cost, so now our company provide a new method,which refine the oil to white oil by adding catalyst solvent, it can produce colorless, odorless, tasteless oils where all components that might have any detrimental effects on their end usage, such as aromatics, sulphur or other impurities, have essentially been removed, resulting in a pure and thermally stable product. 

What the difference between our solvent refining equipment and other company`s solvent refining? 

1. What’s important is our solvent can be recovered and reused again and again,do not like furfural solvent,which need to always change the solvent.
2. Other companies use Extraction tower or rotary towers for solvent refining,but We use centrifugal extraction for refining.
3. Our solvent is Self-developed Composite additive not Single additive
4. The general solvent refining only can get the oil with the color standard of 1.0. Our solvent refining can get the oil with the color standard of 0.1.

1.Zero pollution: No any waste gas, waste water and waste sludge. During all the process, we don’t use any oxidizing agent, no chemical, no catalyst, no white clay, no any filtering agent (silica gel, filtering paper, filter cloth).

2.Refining cost is low: Refining one ton base oil, the cost is just 200RMB(about 30USD); Refining one ton diesel oil, the cost is just 150RMB(about 23USD). The cost is much lower than hydrogenation technology and lewis acid refining technology.

3.The loss is low: A special structure, it can targeted separate the impurities, sulfides, oxides, colloid, asphalt which has color and may influence the base oil function. Taking the vacuum distilled base oil for example, the oil loss is about 1.5-2%; For diesel oil refining, the loss is only 1-1.5%.

4.Less space demand: The machine adopt integrated design, the structure is compact, easy to maintain. For the YJ-SR-30(30 TPD machine), the operation area only need about 130m2 ( excluding storage tanks).

5.Multifunctional: We can change the refining degree according to the client’s requirement, so that to reduce the refining cost.

6.Full-automatic: The machine adopt full-automatic continuously feeding process, no any demand on manual labour, one worker can finish all the work.
