We, at Supplier Support International, Inc. (SSI, Inc.), have designed, developed and after 1000’s of hours of actual operation, PCO’s have found the patented Heat Injector System™ to be the most energy efficient, heat-focused, professional bed bug heater for effective extermination. Our unique process recirculates heated air through the structure to thoroughly heat the space. Some use doorway drapes and additional fans to assist in the thermal transfer process.
This patented(patent no.9459022) bed bug heater is equipped with a dedicated combustion blower that supplies fresh air for combustion which allows the heated airflow to be recirculated safely within the space. This unique feature, amongst all the commercial bed bug heaters, allows the Heat Injector™ to offer the most energy-efficient heat treatment for bed bugs.
The Heat Injector™ was designed to move the maximum volume of air from the power available in a typical home outlet because the BTU energy that is transferred into the structure and its contents by the bed bug heater is a function of the volume of air and the desired discharge temperature.
The Heat Injector uses an industrial blower powered with a high efficiency 3phase, 1.5HP motor to feed the unique Distribution System. The electronics that powers the motor also features the Automatic HP Boost™ which dynamically adjusts the motor’s speed based upon the configuration of the flexible duct needed to transfer the heat to the remote locations within the area to be treated.
Another unique feature is the Temperature Controller that continuously monitors the discharge temperature and automatically modulates the gas (like cruise control) to achieve and maintain the desired discharge temperature for any volume of airflow.
