Sobit Feed Hatch System - includes:
- Electronic/automatic hatch opening and closing
- Fully automatic control from devices which display all necessary information, e.g. from a wireless handheld remote control (visual monitoring) or from a PC or wireless tablet (onshore/office) via the internet (WIFI, 3G/4G or ICE-net) or the float`s intranet
- Camera module for visual monitoring (via the internet or the float`s intranet)
- Complete control of hatch opening/closing, monitoring of precise feed level, temperature, humidity in silo
- Complete control of silo contents (in-/outflow) with statistical function for benchmarking
- Shows real-time silo activity
- The system works on a stand-alone basis, independent of the generator. It is powered by two batteries which receive charge. The system can also start and stop the generator
- Filling of the feed tanks can be carried out without the float personnel being present
- Ventilation function - the hatches can be locked in the open position - from 10 -100%
