Moisio Moipu - Model 2.0 -Quick Coupler
Do you have multiple work sites where you need to switch from one attachment to another? Often, one machine is required to work multiple different work sites. Switching the attachments takes an excessive amount of time, especially on smaller job sites. The Moipu Quick Coupler 2.0 enables fast changes between different attachments. Thanks to quick switching, you have more time for productive work. With the Moipu Quick Coupler, you can switch from a grapple to an energy wood grapple in just a few minutes.
SIMPLE STRUCTURE
The Moipu Quick Coupler 2.0 consists of an upper part that attaches to the rotator and two lower parts that attach to the tools (grapples). Additional lower parts can be purchased as needed, so the same quick coupler can be used with multiple tools.
The package also includes quick couplers for the hoses and a tool for disconnecting and connecting them. The hose couplers are installed on the base of the rotator and on the original hoses. No modifications are needed for the grapple`s original hoses.
Moipu Quick Coupler 2.0 weights 35 kg and has a height of 108 mm. The maximum load capacity for the coupler is 10 tons. The simple structure ensures a long service life for the product.
EASY TO USE
Installing and using the quick connector is very easy. The upper and lower parts of the quick coupler can be quickly bolted into place on the base of the rotator and on the attachment to be used.
The lower part of the quick coupler is attached to the attachment (grapple) with bolts. The bolt heads align the upper part into place effortlessly. The upper and lower parts of the quick coupler are also bolted together. Nord-Lock washers underneath the bolts ensure a secure attachment. The large bolts easily thread into place and are conveniently positioned for tightening.
