At Giant Metal, molybdenum wire is processed by the semi-finished products of molybdenum bar. We use the method of hot stretch, repeatedly stretch the molybdenum bar for many times, until make it into wire. In the process of production of molybdenum bar, the exquisite processing technology helps improve the quality of molybdenum bars surface. The defects such as the surface burr and the concave surface are reduced. So the surface quality and the consistency of wire diameter of our production were superior to rotary swaging production of similar products.

Packaging
Coil wire: After the wind and parcel with pearl cotton (expandable polyethylene), then packed in wooden cases.
Straight wire: Pack the molybdenum wire in plastic bags and put in plastic straight barrel, then packed in wooden cases.
