Monel K500 UNS N05500 Bar is welded, it should be annealed. Right from temperatures below sub-zero, up to about 480 °C, ASTM B865 Monel K500 Rodhas excellent mechanical properties. A Monel Alloy K500 square bar is the solid rod which has the cross-section of a Monel Alloy K500 square and a round bar is the rod which has the cross section of a circle. In other words, draw a Monel Alloy K500 Bar solid square and extrude it up to some particular length. The resultant rod, can be assumed as a Monel K500 square bar. In the same way, draw a circle and extrude it. The resulting rod can be assumed as a round bar.
