Hydrosila - Model МР80 -Monoblock Control Valves
Directional control valves MP80 are used in hydraulic systems with flow up to 100 l/min. Designed for distribution and flow control between pump and actuators (hydraulic cylinders and motors). They are used in hydraulic systems of agricultural tractors BELARUS, XTZ, UMZ etc., and pipelayers ChTZ-URALTRAK.
The closed center directional valve is designed for hydraulic systems with fixed displacement pump.
Equipped with a main relief valve and unloading valve.
A load check valve for proportional control of the spools.
Parallel hydraulic circuit.
Variety of 3 and 4 positions spools.
Manual control.
Cartridge pilot check valves is avaible.
Control valves МР80 variants:
- MP80-4/1 - single unit in hydraulic system;
- MP80-4/2 - combined with the control valve MP80-4/3;
- MP80-4/3 (without pressure relief valve) - combined with the control valve MP80-4/2**;
- MP80-4/4 - combined with hitch controller 80-4614020*.
* It is allowed to use the MP80-4/2 and MP80-4/4 valves independently when installing an additional branch pipe connected to the drain instead of the K1/4 "plug.
** Stand-alone application of the MP80-4 / 3 distributor is FORBIDDEN.
