Montini - Model MR 4.5 & MR 5.0 COMPACT -4 Wheels Electric Forklift Trucks
MONTINI expands its range of heavy duty counterbalanced electric forklift trucks with three new 80V models for handling loads from 4500 kg at load centre 500 mm up to 5000 kg at load centre 500 mm and 600 mm: these are the new COMPACT forklifts 4500 kg and 5000 kg, designed to meet special requirements!
The handy and compact MONTINI’s forklifts MR 4.5 COMPACT, MR 5.0 COMPACT and MR 5.0/600 COMPACT are appropriately designed for intensive heavy-duty handling applications, warehouse storage and indoor transport in tight spaces, thanks to the standard MONTINI Super Steering system.
This rear-axle steering up to 101 degrees enables to work and move in confined spaces, giving the operator maximum manoeuvrability and the best driving experience without sacrificing productivity.
SPECIAL AND CUSTOMISED VERSIONS Our forklift trucks can be set up according to specific customised needs:
Recommended when the end user needs to make short and occasional trips on roads, or when the forklift has to be used on public land, without area limitations.
Indispensable when forklifts need to operate in areas with explosion and/or fire hazards, in the presence of flammable gases, dust and/or liquids.
Recommended for use in cold stores or when working in environments at low temperatures.
Possibility to customise the forklift by having it painted in the corporate colors of the Customer.

- Twin-motor traction with innovative 80V alternating current (AC) electronic inverter technology with CAN-Bus communication.
- In order to concretely respond to market demands and offer high-performance and sustainable solutions for logistics and lifting, MONTINI equips these forklift trucks with a wide range of masts, entirely designed and produced by MONTINI and available in DX (Duplex) and TX (Triplex) versions, with total visibility (TV) and with total free lift (TFL), to satisfy the most varied working needs and to offer a safe and strong load capacity.
- Possible equipment with conventional 80V high-autonomy lead-acid batteries or with modern lithium-ion batteries, with direct charging mode as with electric cars, to cope with long working shifts and the most demanding uses.
- Great deal of attention to ergonomics. The driving position is spacious and easily accessible thanks to the convenient and wide steps. The comfortable driver’s cab is positioned on special anti-vibration mounts (silent blocks), designed to reduce vibrations and noises inside the cab.
- A wide range of available optional accessories allows forklifts to be customized to suit different application needs.
