Morningtest - Model MT -Oscillating Spray Testers

Oscillating spray testers are equipped with oscillating tube to fulfill different spray angel requirement of IPX3 spraying water test and IPX4 splashing water test.The specimen needs to be placed within 200mm of the tube. For this reason, different size tubes are needed to test different size specimens. Oscillation Tube Radius with 0.2m/0.4m/0.6m/0.8m/1m/1.2m/1.4m/1.6m we could both provide, also we could customize according to requirement.

IPX3 Spraying water test method
Water falling as a spray at any angle up to 60° from the vertical shall have no harmful effect. Test duration: 5 minutes, volume: 0.7 litres per minute, Pressure 80–100 kPa.

IPX4 Splashing water test method
Water splashing against the enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effect. Test duration: 5 minutes, volume: 10 litres per minute, Pressure 80–100 kPa
