Mowa StarWash - Underground Containers
Die neuen urbanen Anforderungen an die Entsorgungswirtschaft forderten die Entwicklung neuer Entsorgungssystemen. Ein Ergebnis ist die Erfassung der Wertstoffe, Bioabfälle sowie der Restabfällen in Unterflursysteme zu sammeln. Diese erfreuen sich Aufgrund ihrer attraktive Optik, Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten des Umfeldes und der barrierefreie Zugang immer größerer Akzeptanz bei den Kommunen, Wohnungsbaugesellschaften sowie bei dem privaten Bürger.
These capture systems have only a small input column or only a small part of the subsurface systems above ground. These are especially easy to use for people with physical disabilities and seniors. The actual technology as well as the collection container are not visible in the underground.
Now there are requirements that do not arise in direct connection with the actual logistical disposal. However, questions that are not immediately obvious can significantly influence the successful deployment of the system.
The following questions arise:
- How can unpleasant odors be avoided?
- How to remove the visible and not immediately visible contaminants e.g. of residues from glass bottle contents in the containers that settle in the concrete frames?
- If the above-ground part is still easily accessible, the applications for UVV testing and maintenance of the systems will already be problematic with the implementation of the underground installation. Do I have appropriately trained staff available?
MoWa GmbH has addressed these issues and offers a comprehensive service across Germany. In doing so, MoWa GmbH relies on almost 25 years of experience in cleaning various system collection containers. In addition to the service, we exclusively offer the facility for sale on the market.
The * StarWash * is the first vehicle specifically designed for this purpose, it is capable of lifting the insertion column, as well as the collection container, and cleaning the collection container in a closed laundry room, inside and out.
The patented lifting device on the StarWash can easily pick up two and three hook systems as well as the arrow system with a charger.
The interior cleaning achieves the best possible cleaning result by using movable wash heads in the axial and horizontal area. An exterior cleaning also takes place in the washing chamber by means of rotating wash nozzles. Should stubborn contaminants be found in or on the containers, our staff can easily remove these with the pressure washer and other various tools in the vehicle manually. This also happens in the closed wash cell to keep contaminants on the stand area as small as possible.
The incident dirty water is collected in a tank and disposed of via an A-connection, at foreseeable places.
Another special feature is that the waste residues contained in the container, which have been thrown in between emptying and cleaning, can be collected in 6m³ large, container-mounted containers in the vehicle to empty them of the crane system at the given waste collection point.
During container cleaning, we can optionally offer a manual mine cleaning, the small maintenance and execution of minor repairs, by our staff.
